We hope you love your item, but in the unfortunate event you don't, we will accept returns, provided you ordered the item online, not in store and the item is returned to us in the same condition it was dispatched in and within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at to obtain your return details.

Please note we will not cover the cost of postage to return your item and we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If you are shipping an item back to us over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at leverehome@hotmail,com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with photo evidence to discuss a replacement where possible, or refund.
